1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using Incripto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Incripto is a personal data protection tool that allows you to encode, store, and manage sensitive keywords, metadata, and tags entirely on your device. The App uses Base64 encoding to obfuscate your content from casual observation.

Incripto does not provide encryption in the cryptographic security sense and should not be used as a substitute for professional security solutions when handling highly sensitive or classified information.

3. LOCAL-ONLY DATA STORAGE

All data you enter into Incripto — including your projects, vault entries, and encoded strings — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or have access to any of your content. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and the data stored within the App.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Incripto to encode, store, or distribute illegal content; circumvent platform terms of service in ways that cause harm to others; harass or defame individuals; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time if misuse is determined to be widespread.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, branding, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of Incripto and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Incripto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Base64 encoding is not encryption — encoded strings may be decoded by anyone with knowledge of the encoding standard.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Incripto and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss resulting from device failure or App deletion.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
